I was coached by Qing during Career Track Program 2025. As an International who are looking for a job in the North can be challenging. Her expertise in networking is really useful and insightful. For example, how to effectively approach Dutch employer, the do's and don'ts. My favorite part is when she shared her own experiences as concrete examples. Besides her openness, she also understands the struggle of international (e.g. zoekjaar visa limitation), this makes the discussion highly relevant.

It is valuable to have Qing as a trainer for the Dual Career Partners because she brings in a rich and intuitive perspective into the career workshop series we provide which is an integral part of job hunting process for our member partners. Her workshops were all positively received by the participants.

Qing listens carefully and delivers what we expected, in an efficient and enthusiastic way. She strikes me as a very responsive and reliable person. Also, it is worth pointing out that Qing speaks fluent Dutch and English, which is a huge advantage when it comes to communication and collaboration. Highly recommended!
